  1. This disk contains the program Charge.

  4. Charge requires Microsoft Windows 3.0 or higher.

  6. To install:
  7.  
  8. 1. Copy charge.exe and charge.hlp to your hard disk.  This example assumes
  9.    you will use the c:\windows\charge directory.
  10.  
  11. 2. In Windows Program Manager, select File/New..., then fill in the
  12.    program name (charge) and command line (c:\windows\charge\charge.exe).
  13.    This will create a charge icon in the Program Manager.
  14.  
  15. 3. Double click the charge icon to start the program.
  16.
